Do I need to replace my current ATS?

No. If you already have an ATS, you keep it. Atlast runs your hiring workflow independently and the two systems sit alongside each other. If you have no ATS, Atlast includes a built-in light ATS so you are fully covered. No ripping and replacing, no lengthy migrations.

Is Atlast available now?

Yes. Atlast officially launched in June 2026. You can book a demo and be up and running within 30 minutes. No lengthy implementation, no dedicated IT resource needed.

Is Atlast suitable for freelance recruiters?

Yes. Atlast works for freelance recruiters and fractional TA consultants as well as in-house teams. You can run multiple client roles from a single account and deploy Atlast as your own hiring infrastructure.

How does the AI handle sensitive candidate data?

Candidate data is processed in compliance with GDPR and the EU AI Act. Data is encrypted in transit and stored in a secure, access-controlled environment hosted within the EU on AWS infrastructure, and automatically deleted 90 days after a role closes. Atlast never uses candidate data to train AI models. Candidates are informed of AI use before their data is processed and have the right to request human review of any assessment.

What makes Atlast different from other recruiting tools?

Three things. First, our AI agents work together as an orchestration layer, not isolated features bolted onto an existing system. Second, humans stay in control at every step. Every action is visible, explainable and reversible. Third, we are built by someone who has spent 17 years inside the hiring process. We know exactly what should be automated and what should stay human.

What will the pricing look like?

Atlast offers four tiers: Solo, Team, Scaleup and Enterprise, available on monthly or annual plans. Annual plans include one month free. Pricing scales as new agents are deployed. Book a demo to find the right plan for your team and lock in early customer pricing.

What are AI credits and how do they work?

Credits are how AI usage is measured on the platform. Every time an AI agent acts on your behalf, such as scoring a CV, finding a candidate or recording an interview, it uses credits. Manual actions you take yourself do not use credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance and top-ups are available. Top-up credits roll over indefinitely.

Who makes the final hiring decision, the AI or us?

Always you. Every AI output on Atlast is designed to support your decision, not make it. Scoring criteria are configured by your team, all outputs are reviewed by a human before any decision is made, and you can override anything at any time.

Is Atlast compliant with the EU AI Act?

Yes. Atlast classifies its recruitment AI as high-risk under the EU AI Act, which is the correct classification for AI used in hiring, and is preparing for registration in the EU public AI database ahead of the August 2026 enforcement deadline.
