Welcome to Atlast. By accessing Atlast, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms established by Atlast Global Technologies, S.L. (“AGT”), as well to any policies, revisions, or modifications that may be introduced, which govern your access to and use of www.atlasthq.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) and your participation in our waitlist, ensuring proper use for all users. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our sole discretion, and such amendments shall become automatically binding and enforceable upon all users who access the Website. Browsing, accessing, or using the Website grants the status of user (the “User”), who by such access and/use, accepts these Terms in effect at any given time. If you do not agree to them and/or do not wish to be bound by these Terms, you must not use the Website. These Terms apply only to the website and waitlist. Description of the Offered Services
Through the Website, AGT makes available to Users a description of the services offered online. Access to and use of certain areas, services, or functionalities may be subject to specific or additional conditions, which may require prior registration by the User or the express acceptance of other specific terms. The platform is provided solely as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution and does not operate as an employer, agent, or intermediary. All hiring and business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the Client. The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
- The screening results are automated estimations based on parameters provided by the Client.
- The platform does not guarantee the absolute suitability of shortlisted candidates.
- Biases may arise from the data or configuration introduced by the Client.
In addition, the Client undertakes to:
- Provide objective, lawful and non-discriminatory selection criteria.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and equal opportunity laws.
General Terms and Conditions for Contracting the Offered Services
The use of the Website is governed by the Website’s Terms. In addition, any contracting of services offered through the Website shall be subject to separate general and specific terms and conditions for each contract, which will be made available to the User at the time of entering into the contract. These contract terms are independent from the Website’s Terms. Before executing any contract, AGT shall provide the User, prior to initiating the contracting process, with clear, understandable, and unequivocal information regarding:
- The procedures to follow to enter into the contract.
- Whether the contract document will be stored and accessible.
- The technical means to identify and correct data entry errors.
- The language in which the contract may be executed.
- The general and specific terms and conditions applicable to the contract.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content, branding, and designs on this Website (including texts, images, photographs, graphics, designs, software, source code, databases, logos, trademarks, distinctive signs, audio and video files, structure, and layout, among others) are exclusively owned by AGT or is used under the necessary rights for its exploitation, and is protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property laws. Third-Party Integrations (Google Services)
Authorisation. Atlast offers optional integrations with Google services, namely Google Calendar and Google Meet. To enable these integrations, you authorise AGT to access data in your Google account through Google’s OAuth 2.0 authorisation protocol. You may grant or revoke this authorisation at any time.
Scope of Access. AGT will only request the specific Google API scopes necessary to operate the features you have enabled. The scopes requested, together with a description of how each is used, are set out in our Privacy Policy and are presented to you on Google’s consent screen at the time of authorisation.
Limited Use. AGT’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell Google user data, and do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Your Responsibilities. You represent that (i) you are entitled to grant AGT access to the Google account(s) you connect, (ii) your use of the integration complies with Google’s Terms of Service, and (iii) you will not connect a Google account without authority to do so. You are solely responsible for the data contained in your connected Google account.
Revocation and Disconnection. You may disconnect any Google account from Atlast at any time through your Atlast account settings, or by revoking AGT’s access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation will stop further data access; data already retrieved will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Availability and Changes. Google integrations depend on third-party services that AGT does not control. Google may change, deprecate, or restrict its APIs at any time. AGT is not responsible for service interruptions, data unavailability, or feature changes caused by Google. AGT may modify or discontinue any Google integration where required to comply with Google’s policies.
No Endorsement. Google is not a party to these Terms, does not endorse Atlast, and is not responsible for the Atlast service. Google services are governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy, which apply in addition to these Terms.
Compliance Termination. If AGT determines that your use of a Google integration violates Google’s policies, these Terms, or applicable law, AGT may suspend or terminate the integration without prior notice.
No Guarantees
The Website may include early-stage or informational content about an upcoming service/product. We make no guarantees regarding availability, timelines, features, or functionality and reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Access to the Website does not imply any obligation on the part of AGT to verify the absence of viruses, trojans, or any other harmful computer elements. It is the User’s responsibility to use appropriate tools to detect and neutralize any harmful software. AGT shall not be liable for any damage caused to the User’s or third parties’ computer equipment during the provision of the Website’s services. Likewise, AGT shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the lack of availability, continuity, or proper functioning of the Website or its services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGT is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the Users use of the website or participation in the waitlist. In particular, AGT is not liable for but not limited to:
- Employment and/or hiring decisions made by the Client.
- Discriminatory and/or unlawful use of the selection criteria.
- Damages arising from inaccurate and/or incomplete information provided by candidates and/or the Client.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The User shall be bound by the Terms in effect at the time of accessing the Website, except where any change must be applied retroactively by mandatory legal requirement.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The access to and use of the Website, as well as the interpretation, application, and enforcement of These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties expressly submit, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain).
